Familia Zuccardi

Familia Zuccardi has been working to convert all its vineyards to organic practices since 1998. Currently, 300 hectares are organically certified including plantings of chardonnay, chenin blanc, torrontés, malbec, bonarda, pinot noir, sangiovese, tempranillo and cabernet sauvignon. Under the supervision of José Zuccardi’s experienced winemaker, Rodolfo Montenegro, every aspect of production from vineyard to bottle is recorded and monitored at the modern Maipu winery. Steel equipment enables conservation of wines at low temperature, careful stabilisation and bottling, and temperature-controlled storage.

AOC Cabardès

Domaine de Brau - 2003/2004

Region: Languedoc-Roussillon. Size: 75cl

Full-flavoured red which has blackcurrant, damson and sweet, jammy fruits with just a dash of spice. Each grape variety is vinified separately before the final decision on the blend is made. The final wine has good fruit character with backbone and length. Lovely wine. back to top
